Background Shamez has over 20 years of experience working with early stage companies as a founder, executive, board member, advisor, and investor. Before joining North Hill, in 2000, Shamez was co-founder and Managing Director of The Clearview Group, an incubator that formed commerce and technology companies. Clearview incubations and investments included Medassets (MDAS), Greenlight.com (INET), Viveca Software (sold to Open Pages), and Bizland.com (Endurance International). Prior to Clearview, Shamez was co-founder and Vice President of Sales and Strategy at Corda Medical Care, a venture-backed medical services company. Shamez began his career as a strategy consultant at The Parthenon Group and at Bain and Company.
