Background For more than fifteen years, Brett has worked closely with companies specializing in information technology and services, information services, and marketing automation. Before joining North Hill Ventures in 1999, Brett was a Principal at Westbury Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused primarily on investments in telecommunications, health care, and information technology. While there, he led or participated in several successful transactions, including Andromedia (acquired by Macromedia), MGC Communications (IPO), and Gray Peak Technologies (acquired by US Web). Prior to Westbury, Brett was a Principal at The Parthenon Group, a Boston-based strategy consulting firm. At Parthenon, Brett's primary task was assisting clients in effectively integrating acquisitions into their existing operations.
